Terms And Conditions

By purchasing items from Vibrant Tattoo Ink, LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Buyer agrees that he/she is a licensed professional tattoo artist or professional body piercer. In the event that the county that the buyer works in does not issue licenses, buyer must work in a professional shop and possess any business licenses that are available to him/her.

Vibrant Tattoo Ink LLC, does not sell tattoo products (including, but not limited to needles, ink, or power supplies) to amateur users, and we reserve the right to cancel any order as we see fit. There are however, certain products that we will sell to anyone, which may include gloves, aftercare products, art supplies, or apparel.

Buyer agrees that he/she will not provide the tattoo or body piercing supplies purchased from us to anyone that is not qualified to purchase from us directly.

Vibrant Tattoo Ink, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund for any reason we see fit.

Buyer agrees that certain items including, but not limited to tattoo ink, tattoo needles, and disposable tattoo tubes are not returnable unless defective or shipped to you by our mistake. Please ensure that your order is correct when placing it.

In the event that we need to change your order, you will be contacted regarding the proposed changes. If you do not agree to any changes, we will happily cancel that portion of your order for you. If you agree to the proposed changes, there may be an additional fee if the new item has a higher cost. We will issue a Square Invoice via email for the difference in price. Your items will not ship until the Square Invoice is paid.

In the event that your order requires additional charges either for shipping, or for an unforeseen reason, we will contact you for approval. If we need additional funds, we will issue a Square Invoice. Your order will not ship until the Square Invoice is paid.

First time buyers will have their status as professional tattoo artists / body piercers verified. All first time orders must be shipped to a business address, and that address must show up on the Internet (via Google, Facebook, or other search engine) as a tattoo shop or body piercing shop. We will make reasonable attempts to verify, but if we can’t, you may need to send us additional information. You can assist us in this process by filing out our Tattoo Artist Verification Form.
